Year 10 Spanish

Over 80% of the world's population doesn't speak English as a native language. If you wish to become a global citizen, Spanish is a widely spoken language spoken in many parts of the world.

Transferable skills and the many cognitive benefits include: critical, creative thinking and problem solving, proofreading, public speaking, better literacy and listening skills,  mental agility, social confidence, cultural empathy, adaptability, perseverance, and better memory retention. 

The Year 10 course enables students to become conversant in everyday Spanish scenarios. They will learn to communicate about habits, routines, events and location.  They will learn to compare and contrast, give and follow directions, ask, accept and decline invitations, seek permission, and hold shopping conversations

Engaging and practical topics include daily life, hobbies, travel, food and shopping.

Course will proceed subject to student numbers.
