If this is regarding a holiday or an extended absence for any reason, please include the following details and you will receive a confirmation letter from the Absence Administrator. If dates are outside those listed, please include actual dates in space provided.

Policy: As per Ministry of Education guidelines, BC cannot officially sanction your student to be out of school, however we accept that these situations arise. Please be aware that if internal assessments occur during this time, re-assessment may not be available and leave during term time does not receive a reduction in fees.
